Dynamos V. Simba: Chama’s Brace Salvages 2-2 Draw for Reds

ZAMBIA, Ndola A brace by Clatous Chama has helped Simba claim a 2-2 draw over Power Dynamos in the first leg match of CAF Champions League (CAF CL)

The Reds have come from behind twice to flatten the curve at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola, Zambia on Saturday.

An own goal by Simba defender Henock Inonga gave the hosts an early lead while the second one has been necessitated by Cephas Mulombwa.

For Simba, it is Chama who has come to the team’s rescue as they aim to finish the game on October 1st in Dar es Salaam.

Following the results, a goalless draw in the next encounter will be enough to drive the Reds to the last 16 phase.

Already, the Msimbazi street giants declared that their prime priority this season is to reach in the semifinals of CAF CL.
