The Head of “Wagner” Yevgeny Prigozhin Announced a New Date for the Ukrainian Counteroffensive

The armed forces of Ukraine are ready for the counter-offensive and it will take place by May 15. According to Prigozhin, one of the reasons why the Ukrainian counter-offensive did not happen even earlier is the bad weather

The Armed Forces of Ukraine are ready for the counter-offensive and it will take place until May 15. This was stated by the founder of the private military company “Wagner” Yevgeny Prigozhin in a video interview published on Saturday, TASS reported.

According to Prigozhin, one of the reasons why the Ukrainian counteroffensive did not happen even earlier was the bad weather. He did not rule out possible internal problems that Ukraine had to resolve.

The founder of PMC “Wagner” suggests that the Ukrainian army will give a day off to Russia on May 9, when the Victory Parade will be held in Moscow. However, the offensive will 100% begin before May 15, Prigozhin is convinced.

We recall that the founder of PMC “Wagner” on Thursday said that Ukraine is preparing for an “inevitable” counteroffensive and is sending well-prepared units to the devastated city of Bakhmut, which has been the center of fighting for months.
